When you place an order via www.auricopenhagen.com, the order is a binding offer to purchase products under these terms and conditions. Before you approve your order, you will have the opportunity to correct or delete products that you have placed in the shopping basket and change the information you have provided in connection with your purchase. Your order is not shipped or binding until you have pressed "confirm order."
Payment methods
The price of a product is the price(s) listed on www.auricopenahgen.com at the time of booking. Subject to misprints and sold out items. The price for possible delivery is stated on your order and the total price for your order appears in the order confirmation. All prices for products on www.auricopenhagen.com are valid until changes. The prices are stated in Danish kroner incl. VAT, but excl. delivery costs. It is possible to pay with Dankort, VISA-Dankort, Mastercard, VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro, JCB Cards and Mobilepay. Payment is subject to a transaction fee corresponding to the rates set by NETS Danmark A/S. AURI COPENHAGEN only withdraws the amount from your account when the respective order is ready for dispatch. Once the transaction is complete, it will appear on your account. Your information is sent directly and is SSL-encrypted to AURI COPENHAGEN'S payment provider when payment is made by credit card. AURI COPENHAGEN does not have access to your payment information.
Order confirmation
AURI COPENHAGEN sends you an electronic order confirmation via email as approval of your purchase. The order confirmation contains the order number, name, address, delivery address, payment method, the specification of the ordered products and the total price incl. any delivery costs. AURI COPENAHGEN receives a digital copy of all orders, but it is recommended that you print the order confirmation, as it contains important information about the order. The order confirmation is also relevant if the purchase is canceled or you have objections to the purchase. The final agreement is concluded when the order confirmation has been sent from AURI COPENHAGEN, and the agreement includes the products listed in the order confirmation. When you receive the order confirmation, it is recommended that you review it and contact us immediately if you believe it contains errors or discrepancies at: order@auricopenhagen.com. The order indicated in the order confirmation is valid unless you submit a written submission immediately after receiving the order confirmation, as AURI COPENAHGEN will ship the product immediately after receiving the order.
14 day right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase up to 14 days after you have received the purchased item or up to 14 days after the first delivery.
You can cancel the purchase of a product by:
- Contact AURI COPENHAGEN and return the product
- Refusal to receive the product and submit a written email about the matter
- Fail to pick up the product and inform us at the same time.
To make use of the right of withdrawal, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the item by the unequivocal statement. The message must be written to order@auricopenhagen.com. You cannot cancel a purchase by refusing to receive the item without giving us a clear message about it. It is recommended that you save the receipt or documentation that you have sent us a written message.
Privacy and security
The information you provide to AURI COPENHAGEN in connection with your purchase via www.auricopenhagen.com (name, address, telephone number, e-mail, etc.) as well as information that you may provide to AURI COPENHAGEN is treated confidentially and used to speed up your order , for statistical use and for any other contact with you. AURI COPENHAGEN does not collect information about you elsewhere. Personal information is transferred from you to www.auricopenhagen.com in non-encrypted form. Personal information is stored by AURI COPENHAGEN in a database on a secure server without public access. Your information is stored for up to 6 years and only to the extent that it is legal. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the opportunity to access and correct the personal data relating to you. You can also object to further processing of your personal data. AURI COPENHAGEN does not have access to your payment card information.
Marketing
When you submit your e-mail in connection with a purchase at AURI COPENHAGEN, we can use the e-mail address to contact you regarding the applicable agreement and for marketing similar products. In addition, AURI COPENHAGEN may generally use the email address to market products and services to you to the extent that you have consented to receive this marketing material. You can always refuse to receive marketing material by using the link in the electronic marketing material that you have received.
Cookies
To facilitate the procedure for your future purchases on www.auricopenahgen.com, we use a so-called "cookie". It is a small file that is stored on your own PC. Shipping Policy
We ship all our products with GLS or PostNord. Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday, and you will receive your order within 1 day - 8 days depending on your location.
Return and exchange policy
We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us by email: order@auricopenhagen.com. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and a link for you to track your package. We cannot ship a single order to multiple addresses. You must create a new order if you want to ship to more than one address. If you regret the purchase, the item must be returned to our warehouse: AURI COPENHAGEN ApS, Vilstrupvej 40, 7100 Vejle, Denmark.
In the event of a return, you must ensure that the goods are properly packed. You are responsible for the package/items until we receive them. Therefore, save the emails and tracking number. The item you return must be in the same condition as the receipt. You must return your order within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel a purchase. You must pay the costs of return when you cancel a purchase.

Goods excluded rights
Some goods are not covered by the right of withdrawal, including:
- Delivery of goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the packaging is broken after delivery.
As it is a skin care product, you lose your right of withdrawal if you break the packaging or use it, as the product is therefore not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
Refund of purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will receive the money you may have paid, incl. any costs of AURI COPENHAGEN's dispatch of the purchased item to you as soon as AURI COPENHAGEN has received your notification that you regret your purchase. When returning goods, you will only receive the money once AURI COPENHAGEN has had the opportunity to check the returned goods. In the event of a decline in value for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.
Investigation and miscellaneous
When you receive the purchase, you must immediately examine the purchase, including carefully checking the delivery to determine whether it has errors or omissions. You can complain to AURI COPENHAGEN within two years of receiving the purchased item if there are errors or omissions. However, always remember to complain in good time after you have discovered an error or deficiency.
